Naturehills.com carries thousands of products including the Toba Hawthorn
from the Trees family.
The Toba Hawthorn, Crataegus x mordenensis 'Toba', is hardier than some of the other Hawthorns. This tree was introduced by the Morden Station of Manitoba, Canada. It bears fragrant, large, double white flowers that turn to pink. The foliage is glossy, and it bears 1/2 inch red fruit. The glossy dark green foliage turns to yellowish-brown in fall. A unique feature of this tree is that the trunk is somewhat twisted. Toba has a broad, upright habit that is rounded; silver gray bark on twisted branches; site adaptable. The bark is amber colored with medium texture; branches are armed with slender 1-3 inch thorns. Can be used as an ornamental plant or in groupings.
