Take Hwy 94 east/New Hope Road in Rogers for approximately 4 miles to Monte, NE. Continue left on Hwy 94 for approximately 4 miles. Hwy 94 ends in Horseshoe Bend park.
Description
Prairie Creek Campground is located on Beaver Lake just east of Rogers, AR. The lake provides an excellent opportunity for visitors to camp, fish, hike, swim, and enjoy nature's wondrous beauty. Prairie Creek Campground offers 112 sites with electric hookups and water faucets throughout the park. Additional amenities include hot showers, a dump station, picnic shelters, hiking trails, a swimming area, a 5-lane boat ramp, a public marina, playgrounds, sand volleyball, and a public telephone. This campground is 10 minutes away from Rogers, AR. All 112 campsites are reservable. This campground is open from April 1st, 2007 through October 31, 2007. Campsite reservations are honored from April 1st, 2007 through October 31st, 2007. From Rogers, AR, take SR 12 E 4 mi to Park Road, travel 1 mi into Turn east at the intersection of 2nd and Locust in Rogers. Travel east campground, following signs. on HWY 12 for 4 miles, then turn left on North Park Road. This road leads into Prairie Creek Park.
