It grows in sun or partial shade and any garden soil. The fragrant pink flowers are produced in mid-spring. Fruit and flower colors vary with the cultivar. Tartarian Honeysuckle is widely distributed throughout the US. Neat appearing shrub for screens and windbreaks. Dependable and hardy. Pale pink buds open to masses of white blooms.
