The park features 47 campsites (41 w/30 amp electric & water connections and 6 sites w/50 amp electric & water connections). Additional amenities include a group shelter with 5 campsites for group camping, playground, a Boat launch, hot showers, and a dump station.

From Zavalla, TX, take State Hwy 147 northeast for 1/4 mile, then turn north on FM 2109, go 8 miles to FM 2801. Turn right(east)on FM 2801, 2 miles to the park entrance. Follow signs into the campground.
Description
Located on Lake Lewis Smith in the Wm. B. Bankhead National Forest in Jasper, AL. Campground requires 2 vehicle / 2 tent maximum per single site. $4.00 fee for additional vehicles. First-come / First-serve sites available. *Quiet Hours 10PM to 6AM *Gate Hours open 7AM to 6PM Sun - Thurs, 7AM to 10PM Friday and Saturday After Hours access is available. *Modern Restrooms; Electric and Water hookups available *All Vehicles and trailers, including boats must be parked on pavement *Site must be occupied within first 24 hours or forfeit *Dump Station $5.00 per vehicle *Ice $1.25/bag *Firewood $4.00/bundle Interpretive programs are available. Activites include: playground, beach area, paved bicycle path, boat launch, and hiking trails. Registered Campers may use the boat launch, swimming and picnic areas at no charge. Annual Day Use Pass is available for $30.00 Day Use fee is $4.00 with a $.50 fee per person over six (6) people. Golden Age / Golden Access accepted, but cardholder MUST be present. Located northwest of Birmingham about 60 miles. From US 78 in Jasper, take Highway 195 north 5 miles to County Road 27. Take County Road 27 northeast for 8 miles to the campground.
