Description
Dam Site River Campground is located below Beaver Dam and Lake on the White River just northwest of Eureka Springs, AR. The White River provides optimum trout fishing habitat and smooth water for a scenic canoe/kayak float trip. Above the dam, the lake provides an excellent opportunity for visitors to camp, fish, hike, swim, and enjoy nature's wondrous beauty. The Dam Site River Campground offers 59 campsites with electric hookups and water faucets throughout the park. Additional amenities include hot showers, a dump station, hiking trails, boat ramps, playgrounds, a swimming area, and public telephones. This campground is 15 minutes away from Eureka Springs. All 59 campsites are reservable sites.

Directions
From Eureka Springs, AR, follow US 62 W for 2.5 mi to SR 187. Travel on From Eureka Springs, travel west on US Hwy 62 for 4.3 miles. Turn left SR 187 S for 6 mi. Follow signs into the campground. on State Hwy 187 for 2.5 miles. Go across the dam and turn right on the first road. From Gateway, travel east on US Hwy 62 for approximately 6 miles, turn right on State Hwy 187 for 2.5 miles. Look for the entrance to the park on the left.
