Description
Black Canyon Reservoir is formed by Black Canyon Diversion Dam, a part of the Boise Project. Managed by the Bureau of Reclamation, this 1,100-acre reservoir offers 12 miles of shoreline. Boating and fishing are the major recreational activities at the reservoir, which is located northeast of Emmett in southwest Idaho. This site offers restrooms, boat ramps, camping (for reservations call 208-365-2682), parking, picnic tables, swimming, and accessible facilities for fishing.

The reservoir is located on State Route 52 between Emmett and Horseshoe Bend.
Description
This campground lays North of Crouch along the Middle Fork of the Payette River. Neighboring campgrounds are Hardscrabble and Trail Creek Campgrounds. Rattlesnake Campground is 13 miles north of Crouch on Forest Road 698. Campground elevation is about 3600 feet above sea level. The area is wooded mountain terrain. The campground has hand pumped well water, 2 vault toilets, fire rings picnic tables, utility pedestal stands, covered shelter and group fire ring for larger gatherings. There are 9 single units and 1 double unit. There are 10 parking spurs 50-75' in length. The entire campground can be reserved as a group site.

From Crouch, travel North on Forest Road 698 approximately 13 miles to the Campground located on the West side of the road.
