Description
Located seventeen miles north of the town of Cleveland, Texas. Area has rolling hills and is wooded with hardwood and pine trees. Campground is surrounded by the 23 acre Double Lake (stocked). Roads and camp spurs are paved. Electric motors only on lake. Hook-ups are to be rented. All sites' fee includes one car. All additional cars are $8 per night to be paid at campground.
Day Use Fees: Day Use Parking (up to 5 persons) $6 per vechicle, per day. Day Use Annual Pass (up to 5 persons) $45 per family, per year. Extra Persons/Walk-In/Bicycle $1 per person, per day. Dump Station Use $6 per use. Picnic Shelter Fees: Group of 1-25 persons $45 per group, per day. Group of 26-50 persons $55 per group, per day. Group of 51-75 persons $65 per group, per day. *Shelter Fees do not include Regular Vechicle Fees.
CCC Lodge Fees: Group of 1-50 persons $95 per group, per day. Group of 51-100 persons $120 per group, per day. Firewood $5 per bundle.
Concession Sales (snack & rental store) $(market rates).
Fees are subject to applicable Texas state and local taxes.
Directions
From New Waverly, Texas, go 22 miles east on Highway 150 to FM2025, then south 1/4 mile to campground.
