Description
Paradise Creek is situated at the confluence of Paradise Creek and the Wind River on Forest Road 30 in Skamania County of the State of Washington. The campground consists of 42 back in sites that have parking spurs that vary from 20 to 40 feet in length. The Premium Sites are adjacent to the Wind River. This quiet well shaded location makes a great "base camp" for activities like: fishing, hunting, hiking, bike riding, and sight seeing. Northwest Land Management values your comments. ATKISSON (WA)
Description
Atkinson is a group site that is paved for parking RVS. The group camp will accommodate up to 50 people and 99 feet of paved driveway. This is a snow park in the winter and has a covered warming shed with a large wood burning stove. Numerous activities include biking, hiking, berry and mushroom picking in season. Directions
From I-5 at Vancouver, on Highway 14 east 66 miles. Highway 141 north 15 miles to Forest Service Road 2400 (5 miles south of the town of Trout Lake). Turn northwest 3.5 miles to the Group Camp.
